The property has three spacious bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen and the other two with two singles in each. The main bathroom is located upstairs, with a shower, bath and toilet and an additional shower and toilet is available for use in the laundry area downstairs.
The single garage is available for use – great for summer! Leave the car at home and stroll to Mollymook Beach, Collers Beach or the Golf Course. Perfect place for a coastal getaway!
