Peninsula House consists of three spacious bedrooms upstairs, and a further two bedrooms in the downstairs flat.The property offers you all the modern conveniences for you to enjoy a terrific family holiday, or simply a great relaxing getaway.

Peninsula House provides you with an air-conditioned living area, where you can relax with endless uninterrupted views of Bonville Creek and the addition of a flat screen TV and surround sound system for your enjoyment. Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. The newly renovated, spacious kitchen boasts views over the estuary and features a Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine, dishwasher and large stainless steel oven/cooktop and microwave for your holiday convenience.

This property has been in the family for generations and is a unique experience of stepping back in time to living life to the full in Sunny Sawtell.Peninsula also offers a semi self-contained two bedroom flat downstairs sleeping up to four guests. Perfect for extended family members or friends wanting their own space.

The ground floor is completely flat with no stairs to access. It features a newly renovated bathroom, spacious open plan kitchenette, living, dining area boasting a flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The patio outside steps out to beautiful views and is a stone’s throw away from the estuary, Boronia Park and a short stroll from the Sawtell Headland. The flat cannot be rented separately by other guests, it is included in your booking of Peninsula House.

Upstairs -Master Bedroom: Queen bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan and renovated ensuite.
The Master bedroom opens up onto the balcony overlooking the estuary.
Bedroom One: 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed, ceiling fan and access to the front balcony overlooking the estuary.
Bedroom Two: 1 x Queen bed& 1 x Single bed with ceiling fan and built-in robe
Downstairs -Bedroom One: Queen bed, ceiling fans and built-in robes.
Bedroom Two: 2 x Single beds, ceiling fans and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Newly renovated and spacious with shower and toilet.

Please note: Linen is provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. Double lock up garage with internal access to the ground floor. There is also off-street and on-street car parking space. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Please respect our quiet neighbourhood.
