Upstairs Living
With huge glass windows floor-to-ceiling, the main living room upstairs is breathtaking. There is a modern fireplace with cosy couches to relax and take in the panoramic views with a Flat-screen Smart TV for your viewing. There are clerestory windows to let the natural light in and add to the overall modern aesthetic. The interior crisp white walls, timber floors and joinery create a sense of warmth. Next to the living room is a full kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare a feast. There are 2 balconies so that everyone can have their own space enjoying the views. The balconies are a great place to enjoy the morning coffee in solitude or an arvo wine after a summers beach day. The Bells Beach Hideaway has all the essentials of a beach villa: a well-kept lawn, patio, deck, outdoor furniture, and lots of space.

Downstairs Living
As you walk through the front door there is a generous 2nd living space with enough comfy seating for everyone. This space can be ideal for kids or can be used as a quiet space with a sliding door that can close off from the rest of the house. This room includes a kitchenette with sink, also allowing access to the downstairs outdoor entertaining area.
Property Space
This property provides enough entertainment to keep everyone happy. There’s a skatepark, playground, basketball court, cubby house, and even a trampoline. Perfect for kids, adults, and even your pets! The Bells Beach Hideaway really is the perfect retreat.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This spacious vacation home comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 upstairs has a King bed with ensuite which includes shower, bath and vanity. The soft curtains drape the floor to ceiling glass windows, from your bed you have a beautiful view of the treetops as you awaken. There is a sliding door exit onto the balcony.
There is a separate toilet and vanity upstairs

Bedroom 2 upstairs comes with a King Single bunk bed and a built-in robe
Bedroom 3 downstairs has a Queen bed with a built-in robe.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed with an extra mattress under the bed. It also comes with a built-in robe and study desk for those who need to do a little studying or work.
The main bathroom downstairs has a shower, separate toilet and vanity is available to all.

From the Bells Beach Hideaway, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful coastal town of Jan Juc. A leisurely stroll or bike ride to Jan Juc shops around 2.5km away, where you can grab coffee or a bite to eat at the local Swell Café. Or you can take a short drive into Torquay approximately 5.5km away, where you will find a selection of great eateries and baristas. The famous Bells Beach is only 2.2km away, and there are many more beaches to explore along this beautiful coastline.
