Polwarth Ocean View Cottage is a one storey house with a super large deck. This 2 bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with an open plan concept. Each area has been designed to maximise comfort and the breathtaking views for a homely and cosy feel.

The spacious and bright kitchen is fully equipped and ready for entertaining, and the cosy living area features WiFi, a flat-screen TV, woodfire, and split system (heating and cooling) for chillout evenings. The dining area leads straight onto the deck which has stylish comfortable lounges for relaxing and taking in the view, and a large teak outdoor dining table. Outdoor BBQing is located on the lower deck, which opens onto a lovely garden space. The lower deck area also has a newly installed outdoor warm shower – a great feature of the property, so handy to rinse off after being at the beach. The dining area with seating for six, leads out to the expansive deck, which allows sea breezes to filter through the whole property. Ocean and beach views can be enjoyed from this shaded deck area, or cook up some tasty treats at garden level on the gas BBQ. Located on the Great Ocean Drive Route, Lorne is the perfect location for exploring Victoria’s fantastic attractions. Beautiful nature reserves, the Great Otway National Park with ancient forests and stunning waterfalls, biking and hiking trails, and don’t miss the sandy beaches of Loutit Bay and rock pools at Shelley Beach. There’s just so much to explore. The impressive and must-see 12 Apostles are approx 77 km away.
