Set in a private and stunning location surrounded by iconic Otways forest is Sky High House. Although only built in 2021, this three bedroom, 2 bathroom home feels like it has been there for a lifetime, easily melding into the natural landscape.
Before even stepping foot in the front door, you will feel at ease. The beauty of the property is everywhere, from the Travertine stone floor tiles and feature wall on entry, to the outdoor shower area with glass balustrade. Not forgetting the 200sqm of grassed area with firepit and iron bark seating area – where you often can sport a koala in one of the beautiful nearby gums!
Inside, you will be greeted by a sunken open plan living and kitchen area. The fireplace with handmade granite hearth with keep you warm and toasty for those cool winter days and if that’s not enough, there is reverse cycle heating and cooling. Recognising the romance of Wye River in the cooler months, Sky High House has ensured this time of year is as comfortable as those warmer ones.
The kitchen is well equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine (takes coffee beans) and European style laundry. One the lower level you will find two bedrooms with shared bathroom, while upstairs the third bedroom with added ensuite. If that’s not enough to entice, then surely the spa on the deck will!

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Beautiful house for a getaway – being pet friendly was a big bonus! Great cooking facilities, beautiful deck and spa and super cosy fireplace. Totally recommend.
