Welcome to Beach Baby! This modern, recently refurbished two-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Aireys Inlet on the Great Ocean Road.

Beach Baby is located in the ‘Top Shops’ with cafes, the General Store, The Aireys Pub, A La Grecque and Great Ocean Road Gin Garden & Kitchen and the beautiful French wine bar, all within easy walking distance. You can park the car and explore Aireys Inlet on foot with the famous Split Point Lighthouse, bush, beach and cliff top walks all on your doorstep.

Featuring a light-filled living area and well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, you’ll enjoy the meticulous attention to detail. Open plan living and dining opens out to a covered deck with outdoor seating for 4 and a Weber BBQ, perfect for relaxing with friends or family on balmy summer evenings.

One bedroom has a King size bed with with a sparkling new ensuite, the other has a Queen size bed with easy access to another new bathroom complete with separate bath.

Beach Baby offers great accommodation for couples or a small family.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
