Recently refurbished and styled to create a crisp holiday feel, Waves and Leaves is simply a great place to kick back and live the beach lifestyle. Tucked away in Belvedere terrace, the home is a short walk down into town or an even shorter straight line to the Swing bridge precinct.

With a rare luxury of same level entry via an undercover carport, the home comprises 3 bedrooms upstairs, one full bathroom plus a second powder room, galley style kitchen, adjoining living/dining and deck all on the one level. Ocean views and plenty of sun can be enjoyed from the multiple indoor and outdoor zones.

Venturing outside and downstairs via a couple of cheeky outdoor areas finds a separately accessed bedroom or second living room, the choice is yours. This space includes a couch with a standard bunk, TV, games and more.

For those in the know, there are a variety of bush walks just up the road as is the Lorne Country Club. Other features include Wifi, smart TV, ample off-street parking, Gas BBQ and coffee machine.

The real lure of Waves and Leaves is its simplicity. It is simply a great place to take a break.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
