Bordering a small section of parkland the home has a true sense of privacy rare to Lorne. Beyond the great location and charm, Virgonia really feels like a home. Established gardens and a rich history of family fun, the property comfortably accommodated one or two families. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen, cozy lounge area and multiple outdoor zones are just the recipe for you and your family to relax.

The bottom level consists two bedroom, one serving as a kids retreat with TV and bunks. Both rooms share a main bathroom on this level. Up top, the main living and kitchen are flanked by three bedrooms, all with double beds and each tasteful furnished. Out back is a courtyard protected from the elements with outdoor setting, gas BBQ & umbrella. Other features include wood fire, polished timber floors throughout the upper level, comfy L Shape leather lounge, large screen TV, books, games and all the things that make you feel at home.

The beach is just down the end of the street, and town is an easy 10-15 min walk. Other great walking distance highlights are the Lorne Country Club & Stony Creek Reserve.

Avirgonia is simply a lovely family beach home in a great spot.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
