Seaclusion sits on a parcel of flat land literally fifty metres from the beach. Separated by a generous grass road reserve and the Great Ocean Road itself, the home is an absolute dream location. Days here are spent contemplating another dip in the ocean, a lie on the beach or perhaps a short stroll in Wye River for a coffee or cold drink.

The home itself features 3 bedrooms and two living areas, set across two levels most spaces feature views of the surf. The front deck is a special vantage point for relaxing and watching the world go by while the vista from the second level master bedroom is something to behold.

The real beauty of this beach home lies beyond its incredible location and towards its name. A sense of seclusion.

Far from a minimalist box, Seaclusion has a warm cottage feel that embraces the whole family. Hedges offer privacy while the rear of the property boasts a delightful undercover courtyard and lawn beyond. Living spaces, while open plan, are not oversized providing character and a more traditional beach house feel.

Other features include ample off-street parking, warm wood fire, nespresso coffee machine and second living/TV room.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
