The calm, family-friendly waters of Jervis Bay are just a short stroll away, ideal for swimming and paddle boarding. Ideally positioned just 350 metres from the nearest beach and the Holden Street boat ramp, Casa Mare Bella places you within easy reach of Jervis Bay’s most sought-after attractions. A 10-minute drive (7.5 km) takes you to the iconic Hyams Beach and the stunning Booderee National Park. Just 7 minutes away (4.5 km), the vibrant town of Huskisson offers waterfront dining, boutique shops, cafés, and access to dolphin and whale watching tours. For everyday essentials, Vincentia Shopping Village—with Coles, cafés, and specialty stores—is only a 10-minute walk (700 metres) from the property. Alternatively, Vincentia Home Co is an 8-minute drive (3.9 km) and features Woolworths, Aldi, takeaway options, and a range of specialty retailers.
Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> What is included?
Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There are laundry detergent sheets supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
