Two stories and comprising three bedrooms, an elevated open plan living space and a second rumpus downstairs, oceanswell is a comfortable family holiday home ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat.

The main living area is full open plan and brings the family together in a warm environment. Spilling onto the balcony with a sense of tree top privacy, this whole front end of the home feels like somewhat of a crow’s nest. Descending behind and below to the sleeping quarters, main bathroom and laundry. Both well-equipped and spotless.

Downstairs, the rumpus includes king single bunk beds and a king single with trundle (sleeps 4 downstairs), toilet, shower, kitchenette and billiard/table tennis table. The fully enclosed backyard is another key feature of the home. Throw in ample off-street parking, air con, external shower and wood fire and you have yourself everything needed for your next beach escape.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
