The deck area also has a BBQ with table and chairs with ocean views. There is selection of games and books for the whole family to enjoy.

The ground level offers the 2nd bedroom (bunk), spacious laundry with separate shower and toilet all with polished concrete floors.

The property also offers a large fenced yard where your family/pet can enjoy the outdoors with parking for 2 vehicles. You may like to take a short 2 minute drive to Chris’s Beacon Point Restaurant where you can enjoy panoramic Otway and ocean views while enjoying fine dining.

A short 6 km drive will see you in Apollo Bay where you can take advantage of one of the many cafes/restaurants that dot the foreshore, venture into the super markets to stock up on all the essentials, enjoy a meal/drink at one of several hotels, while you are here, take advantage of the pristine Apollo Bay beach, indulge yourselves in the retail outlets featuring unique giftware/clothing and then returning to your little piece of paradise.
