The entry and main living space is open plan to facilitate easy and social meal preparation and dining, with the kitchen acting as a hub between the living room and the large inviting rear deck space.
The ocean facing roofline and highlight windows accentuate the beautiful bush and ocean views. To the rear, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry flank a second living space. Complete with couches, bean bags, TV, Sonos and reverse cycle unit, its fair to say this space is a hit with the kids.
Lens Place is simple and special at the same time. Generous outdoor garden and deck spaces, often frequented by local bird life, provide a sense of seclusion. Close to many of the areas main attractions, your hardest decision will be whether to take the walk down to the iconic Swing Bridge for breakfast, or enjoy the spectacular views of the Lorne pier from your private rear deck whilst the children play safely in the fully fenced backyard. Coming and going from the beach and town is a breeze. So easy to relax, so hard to leave!

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
