The house is ideally located between 2 picturesque stretches of coastline, Little Beach and Shoal Bay. Just a 2-minute walk to stunning Little Beach, it is a perfect homecoming after a day out splashing in the calm waters, snorkelling at nearby Fly Point, strolling the beautiful coastline and enjoying a picnic at the park or nice lunch overlooking the water.
There is free Wifi throughout the home, and the large, air-conditioned open plan living area has an entertainment system including a Smart TV with sound bar, Netflix (to log in with your Netflix account), Foxtel and a DVD player. The well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and an island bench with bar stools, while the dining area has a 6-seater setting. The living area leads out to the wonderful alfresco dining area and large, enclosed backyard which has direct access to the path to Little Beach. The undercover entertainment area offers glimpses of water and has an outdoor dining and lounge setting and a gas BBQ (charcoal BBQ’s are not permitted).
There are 3 welcoming bedrooms, with the beds fully made up for your arrival with quality white linen and doonas, plus fresh towels and an amenity pack. Blankets and pillows are also supplied. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and heater for your comfort, and the rooms with the king and queen beds have Smart TV’s with Netflix. There is also a portable cot available onsite. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower, hair dryer, and an adjacent toilet, and the laundry has a washing machine, dryer and extra toilet.
Secure parking is available in the large garage that is approximately 5.5m deep x 2.4m wide with a door height of 2m, and the driveway can easily accommodate an additional car or single axle boat trailer.

– Linen including fresh towels is provided at this property and beds will be made, ready for your arrival.
– An amenity starter pack for each booking is provided to help you settle in, consisting of body wash, body moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower cap. In addition, liquid hand wash is provided in the bathroom and kitchen.
– Maximum guest count of 6 is strictly enforced. This includes children.
– Strictly no parties, including schoolies, bucks and hens. This property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive.
– This premises has front and rear public access and as a result please note that external security cameras (are) installed on the perimeters of the house for the purposes of personal and property safety. You will note there is signage on the front and rear of the house to indicate the presence of these security cameras.
