Welcome to Beach View.

This house is very rare in combining great views while being only a 1 minute walk to the Fairhaven Beach. “Beach View” overlooks the patrolled surf beach and being so close there is no need to drive to the beach if you want to have a swim or a walk on the beach.
Combining the open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a deck on the top level there are spectacular ocean, surf, beach and lighthouse views, Beach View is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the great ocean road.
You can also watch the sunrise over the ocean and Aireys lighthouse if you get up early enough.

Beach View is now under new management from July 2023 and has been given a “new lease of life”.

Description
This house has 3 levels.
The open plan kitchen/dining and living area is on the top level with spectacular ocean, surf, beach and lighthouse views. This level features a deck with equally spectacular views. It also provide Bialetti Coffee Maker and French Coffee Press.
There are three bedrooms on the second level all with beach and/or ocean views – the master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a laundry/bathroom combined on this level. Separate toilet with vanity unit.
On the ground level there is a second living / sleeping area which has a set of bunk beds with entertainment including Smart TV, Wifi, DVD, books, board games, mini pool table and a table tennis table.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great View

Edgbaston is a terrific holiday shack. It is neat and tidy with space for a large family or group. The kitchen is well kitted with everything you need. The property is dated however very comfortable. The BBQ was missing when we stayed and if going in winter take extra blankets/sleeping bags as the blankets are not that warm. We will be back as the location is fanastic!
