The house has 3 bedrooms and is close to all the action at nearby Bells Beach. This beach is great for the Easter Ripcurl event, but only for experienced surfers – if you’re looking for something more gentle, head to the safely patrolled beaches at Jan Juc or Torquay.
If a spot of golf interests you, then close by is the Racv Torquay Golf Course. Or walk along the clifftops towards Anglesea and enjoy amazing coastline views – watch out for the wildlife or the runners trying to outdo their best times. At the end of the day come back to the property, relax, and sit under the cover in the gardens. Chill out and take in all this home has to offer.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
