With Wifi,3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious open plan living on two levels and a large sun deck, Caprica is a great base for your next coastal escape. A walking track providing direct access to Fairhaven Beach means you’ll be on the sand in no time!
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms – master with a queen bed, another queen bed in bedroom 2 and a double bed plus bunk in bedroom 3. All bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom with shower. There is also a second bathroom downstairs with shower and separate W/C off the second living area/games room.
The upstairs kitchen and dining area with split system aircon leads out onto a large sun deck – perfect for enjoying views of the breaking surf or enjoying your morning cuppa or drinks at sunset.
Caprica has plenty of space for the whole family with two large lounge areas(one upstairs with open plan living and one downstairs complete with pool table, puzzles and board games)
Outside you’ll find a landscaped area with Weber BBQ – the perfect spot for summer entertaining. The kids also have a grassed area for a game of cricket or to simply run and play.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
