The home itself, situated in old Torquay is only 400m from the Esplanade and Torquay Foreshore, and contains all the features and luxuries that you need to chill out and relax.

Enjoy a fully equipped, modern kitchen, WiFi throughout and Smart TV’s in the lounge and dining rooms. Split system air-conditioning will keep you cool in summer (including in all bedrooms).

Offering a full laundry, 2 bathrooms (including ensuite) and a separate toilet, Bristol Beach House is set up for self-contained living. Leave your car safely in the double garage, and when you walk back from the beach you can take advantage of the outdoor shower to wash the sand away.

At the end of the day, sit back, relax, have a BBQ or a glass of wine in the private rear courtyard, offering a tranquil, covered outdoor entertaining area to wrap up your perfect day on the Surf Coast.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
