Step across the road to the delightful sandy beach of Shoal Bay, follow the foreshore 650m to walk up Tomaree Mountain for fabulous views of the pristine Port Stephens coastline, stroll the very short distance (less than 100m) to the restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops nearby – and, after a fun night at the popular Shoal Bay Country Club, meander the 140m on back to your holiday home. Situated at the quiet end of Shoal Bay Road with the sound of the waves breaking on the shore and a panoramic view, this unit is a great location for a restful holiday.

The are 4 beaches in Shoal Bay to choose from; Shoal Bay Beach is popular for paddle boarding and snorkeling whilst Zenith, Box and Wreck beach are most popular for surfing and body boarding.

The unit’s open plan living room features a lounge, LCD TV and a dining table for 6, and there is also an outside table and chairs to enjoy the balcony. Those stunning water views flow inside and are visible from the lounge, dining and the fully equipped kitchen which also has all the facilities need for those who wish to prepare their own meals.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a trundle bed. Please be aware that the trundle is only suited to a child . From the 2nd bedroom, a great view can be captured from the window along with the coastal breezes. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower and a toilet, and the internal laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and a 2nd toilet. Parking for 2 cars is available with one open car space and one undercover.
