This has to be one of the neatest and most comfy holiday houses in Rye. A Stones Throw is a fabulous place to retreat anytime. Only a few minutes walk to the front beach where you will find a great place to swim and soak up the sun. A Stones Throw is beautifully presented having undergone renovation in kitchen, living and dining rooms. It is perfectly appointed and would suit families or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break.

*Living and Dining *

The large open plan kitchen, living and dining area is what you would expect when you are away from having a break from the everyday routine. These impeccably kept areas have loads of space, lovely large furniture, a split system air-conditioning / heating unit & a large smart television. It truly is a wonderful space. Dining table caters well for 6-8 guests. Outside you will find dining table with 6-8 chairs, umbrella and BBQ . Also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a day at the beach.

*Bed & Bath*

A Stones Throw comfortably sleeps 7 guests across 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 – the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, free standing wardrobe & ceiling fan
Bedroom 2 – with Queen size bed, which can be converted into 2 single beds if preferred, free standing wardrobe & ceiling fan
Bedroom 3 – with 3 x Single beds, two of these can be converted into a queen bed,if preferred, this room also has a free standing wardrobe & ceiling fan

Each bedroom has flyscreens on windows for your comfort. A central bathroom and separate toilet compliment the sleeping quarters. A Stones Throw is a terrific holiday house and it is in a superb location. This property aims to please and is fantastic value!

Pets: On request only

If your pet is approved you must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets ($15 per pet, per night of your stay) – please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you wish to bring a pet with you and your request will be considered.
Please note pets are not allowed on any furniture or on beds.
