This sweet little property is situated only a mere 8 minute walk from both the dog friendly Merry Beach and the stunning Pretty Beach in the Murramarang National Park. Accessed directly from the back yard. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is perfect for a family holiday or a quick weekend away with that someone special.

Located in one of Australia’s most beautiful holiday destinations, with it’s open plan living that flows nicely onto a decent sized deck, it’s perfect to bring along your furry family member too, yes, that’s right, Aloha Kioloa is pet friendly and has a fully fenced back yard.

Bedroom 2 – 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for those hot summer nights, with newly installed A/C for the whole house.

The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and vanity.

The kitchen is fitted out with all the essentials, including a Sunbeam Mini Barista Espresso coffee machine, so be sure to pack your favourite coffee so you can start your day off with a spring in your step.

And as an added bonus there is an outdoor, hot water shower conveniently located at the rear of the property for you to wash off the sand, from the day of beach adventures.

The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Bella Coastal Holidays will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

Kioloa, a beautiful coastal town surrounded by National parks and the sparkling blue seas.Our beaches are only a 8 minute stroll away and are not patrolled but no matter the weather condition you will always find a beach to enjoy whether it be for surf, fish or a gentle swim. The boat ramp is also located at Kioloa which is known as a great fishing spot.

For the adventurous wanderers, there are beautiful National Parks that are only a short drive away including Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain or if you want to sit back, relax and taste award-winning wines at the Bawley Vale Estate Winery which is located only 11km from your stay. A short 30 minute drive into Ulladulla, you will find Cupitt’s Estate for some more mouth-watering wine and food.

Located in the Kioloa, Bawley Point area is Merry Street Restaurant, the General Store and Bawley Takeaway and Saltwood, a local cafe/gift store. Bawley Point also has a shopping complex for all your needs.
