You will be drawn to the multiple entertaining areas which are the perfect spot for that morning coffee or afternoon cocktail whilst soaking up the sun, listening to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying the pleasant ocean breeze.

Upstairs in this home you will find the spacious, light fulfilled master bedroom consisting of a King bed with access to the balcony at the front of the home. Also situated upstairs are bedrooms 2 and 3 with queen beds in both. The main bathroom is a very spacious area with a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
The “middle” floor of the home is naturally indulged in sunlight with a welcoming open plan dining and living. This home is truly the entertainers delight with a sizeable Pass-Through window opening out to one of the all weather outdoor entertaining areas, fully equipped kitchen and sustainable fireplace making this home cozy for those chilly nights.
The ground floor of the home offers you with a fourth bedroom sleeping up to 10 kids. This room consists of 3x bunk beds (2 with trundles) and a double sofa bed if required (Linen is not provided for the trundle beds or sofa bed). This is the ultimate kids retreat with a huge TV, and many entertaining games to play usually suitable for 3 families with children. The second bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. A fully equipped laundry containing a washing machine, clothes dryer and indoor hanger, sink, iron + board and basic cleaning necessities (mop + bucket etc). This level of the home gives you access to both the front and back of the home with a beautifully designed front room really welcoming you into this gorgeous property.
Outside the home offers many beautiful assets including multiple entertaining areas at both the front and back of the home, this is one of the most used features of the home with afternoon sun, access/views of the toasty fire pit, all weather outdoor entertaining area, a dining table seating 10 people, outdoor beer/wine fridge, a fan for the warmer months and full BBQ. The fire pit area is were you create many lasting memories toasting marshmallows with your family and friends, outdoor shower to wash off after those long days in the ocean and a fully fenced backyard allowing a sense of privacy and also safely to let the kids run around.
This house is fitted out perfectly for the working from home family with free unlimited wifi, two 65inch smart televisions providing you with added services such as Netflix, Disney+, Kayo, YouTube, Stan, etc. This home is perfect for the summer days out and about although, also accommodates perfectly for the days were you just want to sit back and relax. Feel free to log into your accounts and binge stream like you were at home.
Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Narrawallee is located just to the north of Ulladulla and close to the township of Mollymook.
The property is all within close proximity to Mollymook Beach, Mollymook Beach Bowling Club, Mollymook Golf Club, Mollymook Fresh Supermarket, Rick Stein at Bannisters, Bannisters Pavilion.
