Bella Coastal Holidays welcomes you to ‘Sea Breeze at Mollymook’ where you will make precious memories of all your adventures on the South Coast.

This 6 bedroom property offers you everything from spacious entertaining areas out on the verandah overlooking the pacific ocean to the kids having a few rounds of table tennis down stairs while the adults take a well deserved break.

Seabreeze at Mollymook’s lounge/dining room which leads out to the extensive deck has suitable accommodation for all your holiday needs. There are bathrooms on both levels and extra living space downstairs as well.

The open plan living upstairs has high ceilings with a large TV and cosy lounge, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Plenty of room for all the family, downstairs area has a table tennis table to enjoy a game or two. Large fully fenced back yard, and enough room to park a boat. Please note this property does permit pets on application only!

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

Location-
This property is only a short 400m walk away from one of the most fabulous beaches in the area. Mollymook beach is 2km long which makes for a perfect walk along the path to experience the lot. Whether your interested in a bit of surfing, fishing, swimming or sun baking, this beach is the perfect place for you.

If you are a bit of a foodie, there are plenty of places to satisfy your taste buds. Why not try Rick Stein Bannisters by the sea, Bannisters pavilion Rooftop bar and grill, The Ruse, Carlos Italian seafood restaurant, Cupitts Winery, Gwylo and many more. You are spoiled with choice and adventure.

If you want some action or adventure there are an abundance of bush walks all around the area. Florence head walk, Mount bushwalker and Pigeon House mountain just to name a few.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There is 1 external security cameras installed at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion. Cameras are positioned to view the front door/stairs area for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is installed – fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device. These devices are used to monitor and maintain ours and guests responsibilities under the NSW STR Code of Conduct.
