Spend your days swimming and surfing. Access the property by it’s own side entrance, you will be welcomed to a light and bright open place space that oozes charm and comfort. Enjoy a small kitchenette with a shower area, unlimited wifi and an outdoor area for you to relax and listen to the waves rolling in.

Master bedroom area has a King size bed.

For those on a shoestring budget who want to be in a ‘tourist hot spot’ while still having a relaxing stay this is the perfect studio for you.
There is a Spa pool at the property to relax and unwind in.

Take a stroll to the federal store for an amazing cooked breakfast and a great coffee or the Fitzroy beach kiosk another great spot to enjoy. Wander the Fitzroy village boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. You won’t need a car here as many of the major attractions are close by. On street parking only.

Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren’t supplied.
