With 3 huge outdoor entertainment areas, a large open floor plan, and a generous living room on each level, the family can truly relax away from the activity of the town while still being just a short stroll away. You are even welcome to bring your small dog to stay in the large fenced yard.
Enter on the top floor through a private undercover area with an outdoor lounge, to open plan living that flows out to the expansive north-facing balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining, and panoramic views over the surrounding area and across the water. The living area includes a fireplace, TV, Bluetooth sound system with surround sound and Wi-Fi, plus an 8-seater dining table, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge with ice maker. This floor has 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and built-in robes. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, one of which also has a desk and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a luxe bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.
Downstairs, you'll find the 2nd living area and outdoor deck, plus 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other a single bed. There is also a third bathroom and laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Secure parking is available in the double garage.
