Step outside to the covered patio area with a BBQ, alfresco dining table and ceiling fan, and a large grassed yard for the kids to play in.
The ground level also has an internal laundry with washer and dryer, an extra toilet and a single lock up garage with plenty of room to park 2 cars in the driveway.
The upstairs level has 4 large bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and the main family bathroom which has a bath, separate shower and a toilet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite with shower and toilet, and access to a small balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third has 2 single beds, and both rooms overlook the backyard. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the younger members of the family with a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).
