Two further bedrooms and additional large bathroom with a bath and shower are located in this wing of the house and the fourth bedrooms is accessible from the lounge area. Additional fantastic features of this property include double garage with internal access, fully fenced garden, Weber Q BBQ, unlimited WIFI and laundry facilities. A brand new heat pump/air conditioner has been installed in the open plan living area for guests’ comfort and convenience.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren’t supplied.
