The unit will accomodate up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (2 x Queen beds + Double sofa bed), There is one two-way bathroom off of the master bedroom, and plenty of living space in the lounge and dining area. Close by you will also find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ areas, childrens playground, The Pocket Coffee shop and corner store, (and plenty of other great little coffee shops and cafes), an interactive water feature, as well as the Kings Beach Surf Club. This is all within a 3 – 5 minute walk of the unit. Other features include TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

The Kings Cove complex has a shadey pool area, shared BBQ, and a single lock up garage. This property is located on the first floor (approx. 18 stairs).

(this includes the sofa bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).***
